Among other policies and measures, we have implemented a comprehensive recognition and rewards system, which acknowledges individual efforts and achievements. The system is based on multi-directional peer-to-peer recognition and rewards, and shows appreciation on a very personal level. Rewards are granted both individually and collectively for departments.
