Ezaria strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and exciting, serving you a range of international dishes from its open kitchen. Our chefs are passionate about using the freshest ingredients at their show-cooking stations, preparing delicious flavours from around the world. What’s more, you can choose between indoor and outdoor seating, letting you admire the sea view or enjoy the airy interior with its light wood, white granite and turquoise inserts.
Included in the Half Board Premium terms of stay, this restaurant is buffet based, with a payable alternative à la carte option at lunchtime, and a rotation of theme nights in the evenings. To accompany your meal, choose from a range of drinks, including a bottle of wine for two from a choice of premium wine labels or 2 bottles of premium beer per person, unlimited juice, soft drinks, mineral water (sparking or still) plus coffee or tea.
The name EZARIA was derived from the word ‘Trapezaria’ – Greek for dining room – to express the abundance and emphasis of fresh local produce that define the kitchens of Cyprus.
