The Amavi Half-Board Premium gastronomy and the culinary concept has been developed by our award-winning team of Executive Chefs and Sommeliers, in close cooperation with our Michelin-starred consultant chef from Italy, Theodor Falser. The concept is designed to provide an innovative approach to dining offering value for money at luxury level. Amavi guests enjoy the exclusive opportunity to experience unique and creative meals served in various beautiful locations and settings within the hotel, each one featuring a unique ambience and mood.   • Varied culinary experience that combines modern fine-dining menus, fusion tasting menus and theme live cooking menus
  • Menus inspired by Cypriot, Mediterranean and other favourite cuisines from around the world, captured in innovative, contemporary and original taste combinations
  • Half Board premium includes all 4 signature restaurants  – 7 nights stay includes one dinner at each a la carte restaurant / 3 nights includes only one dinner at any a la carte restaurant
  • A la carte restaurants are not valid for special occasions. Use of a la carte restaurants could have supplement charge
  • Outdoor dining by the beach and on the roof garden with spectacular sunset views
  • Indoor dining featuring themed menus prepared in an open kitchen
  • Fine dining accompanied by live piano music
  • Outdoor restaurants are open from May to October weather permitting. In the case the outdoor restaurants are closed you are allowed to dine at the Nocturne Restaurant twice per week

Meals include:

  • A glass of premium aperitif
  • A bottle of wine for two from a choice of premium wine labels or 2 bottles of premium beer per person
  • Unlimited juice, soft drinks and mineral water (sparkling or still)
  • A glass of premium digestif when dining in the 3 a-la-carte restaurants
  • Premium coffee or tea
